You will introduce remodeling services, explain offers, and generate interest to schedule free in-home demonstrations. No selling required; you’ll represent a top-rated brand with uncapped bonuses.

Flexible full- and part-time roles available. Average first-year earnings range from $50k to $70k, with top reps earning $80k+ per year.

What We Offer

• Base hourly pay plus uncapped performance bonuses

  • Average first year earnings: $50k-$70k/yr

About the Role

In this position, you will:

Key Qualifications

• No experience required!

  • Prior experience is a plus, but we are happy to train those without

• Self-motivated individuals looking to get out what they put in

• Passion for career growth and learning sales and marketing strategies first-hand

• Availability to work afternoons and weekends

  • Currently hiring for 11am - 7pm shifts Wednesday-Sunday

• Naturally outgoing and well-spoken individuals who thrive in human interaction

• Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods (6-8+ hours/day)

  • Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions for events

  • Must be able to stand, stoop, bend, and reach as needed during promotions activities
