You will engage adult consumers through one-on-one conversations, share product details, and distribute promotional offers while collecting feedback. The role emphasizes a lively, social approach, with a focus on delivering memorable brand experiences and compliant interactions in fast-paced retail environments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in brand ambassador/retail sales or customer-facing roles preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to travel within territory and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled retail activations within an assigned geographic territory.
• Engage adult tobacco consumers in meaningful, compliant conversations about tobacco products.
• Verify age eligibility and ensure all interactions comply with company policies, local regulations, and program guidelines.
• Administer consumer surveys and collect market feedback and insights.
• Distribute approved promotional materials and consumer offers, including coupons and incentives.
• Educate consumers on available promotions and encourage purchase consideration.
• Build positive relationships with retail personnel and store management.
• Document activity results, consumer interactions, and survey completion in reporting systems.
• Travel throughout the territory to support scheduled visits and events.
