Camarillo, CA – Tournament Event – May 16-17

We’re hiring outgoing, energetic, and engaging Brand Ambassadors for a large, high-energy youth soccer tournament taking place in Camarillo, CA.

This is a fast-paced, high-volume event and we’re looking for polished, professional talent who can maintain enthusiasm, energy, and a positive attitude throughout long event days while interacting with kids, families, coaches, and attendees.

Soccer, sports, promotional, hospitality, or event experience is strongly preferred.

We will have additional events coming up in the area and are looking to build a strong, ongoing team.

Important Details

• Event hours may vary slightly, so flexibility will be key
• This is a long outdoor event day, so comfort being on your feet for extended periods is important

What You’ll Be Doing

• Engage with attendees in a fun, upbeat, high-energy way
• Hand out product samples, promotional materials, stickers, and giveaways
• Interact with youth players, families, coaches, and attendees
• Assist with setup, restocking, and breakdown
• Help create excitement around the activation and booth experience
• Maintain a polished and professional appearance throughout the event day

What We’re Looking For

• Must be 18+
• Outgoing, energetic, reliable, and engaging
• Positive attitude and strong smile throughout long shifts
• Comfortable working long hours outdoors and on your feet
• Loves working with kids and families
• Strong communication and people skills
• Experience with soccer, sports, youth events, brand ambassador work, hospitality, or promotions strongly preferred
