Cellairis in Bountiful, UT is seeking a Brand Advocate to energize walk-by shoppers and convert them into store visitors and customers. You will use high-energy scripts and an AIDA model to engage, capture interest, and move customers toward the Cellairis counter for quotes or sign-ups.

The role requires excellent communication, genuine customer service, and the ability to stand for long periods while lifting up to 25 lbs.

Job Description

Perform customer conversion sales at the Cellairis walk by entry doors. Similar to a product sampling program: you will be enticing each walk by customer with free products so that he or she will be inclined to come to our store and ultimately commit to a purchase. You will be using AIDA model (attention, interest, desire, action) based scripts to get the walk by customer to the Cellairis counter. You will persuade and encourage the customer to show us their broken phone, receive a repair quote and or join our mailing list by offering free products. In order for the consumer to receive their free goods or services from Cellairis they will need to come to the Cellairs counter and agree to certain participation terms. Your job is to make them aware of these special offers, entice and drive them to our store.

Hiring Requirements

Required Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, highly energetic, and approachable
- Ability to have genuine customer service skills and develop relationships with clients
- Cognizant of spending time with the right prospective customers
- Physical skill requirements
  - Stand for long periods of time
  - Lift 25 Lbs.
- Own reliable transportation/Valid Driver’s License

Previous Work Experience

Retail experience recommended but not required:
- 1-3 years in a retail sales environment
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals
- Sampling selling experience is a plus
