Headkount is seeking a Brand Advisor for the Chicago West market. You will build lasting relationships with stores, brands, and retail employees to boost productivity and sales.

In this part-time role, you’ll receive comprehensive training and support from our education programs and work at beauty retailer locations across the Chicago West area. You must be reliable, self-motivated, and able to work weekends; transportation is required.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience working for a beauty brand or beauty retailer.
• Excellent beauty retail selling and education background.
• Experience hosting beauty retail events.
• Strong communication skills.
• Professional in-store conduct and demonstrated team player.
• Self-motivate and work independently.
• Technology skills: video calls, phone calls, smartphone apps.
• Must have reliable transportation to service all doors in market.
• Flexible schedule and be available to work weekends.

Responsibilities

Compensation: $27.00 - $31.00 / hour

Description

As a Headkount Brand Advisor, you’ll be responsible for building lasting relationships with stores, brands, and retail employees to increase productivity & sales.

You’ll get the best of the best training and support from our robust education programs to be set up for success.

This position covers the Chicago West market. Brand Advisors are scheduled at various beauty retailer locations within the market area.

Key Responsibilities

• Be punctual & reliable
• Achieve sales goals
• Educate the retail staff members on the brands you are supporting for the day by sharing product knowledge & selling strategies
• Uphold merchandising & brand guidelines
• Host & participate in branded events, ensuring that sales goals are achieved
• Complete detailed in-store surveys at the end of every shift
• Communicate with the Headkount team by staying up to date on the Headkount app
