POW in Dallas, TX is hiring an Entry Level Sales and Event Marketing Representative to support on-site campaigns. You will engage customers, explain brand offerings, and professionally represent client brands while helping set up and break down displays.

Training is provided to you, and you will learn foundational sales and marketing techniques while contributing ideas to improve event performance and customer engagement.

• Strong communication and customer service to interact with diverse audiences.
• Foundational sales and Sales & Marketing skills to promote products and support campaigns.
• Training-related skills, including the ability to learn quickly and apply new techniques.
• On-site in Dallas, TX with a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends for events.
• Reliable, professional demeanor and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Retail, hospitality or customer-facing experience is beneficial but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required; further education in marketing or business is a plus.
