Monstera Talent is seeking an Events Assistant to bring hospitality flair to face-to-face activations in busy event environments. You will read a room, engage attendees, and represent brands with warmth and professionalism.

No formal events experience is required—we’ll train you on the campaign side. You should be naturally energetic, comfortable under pressure, and excited to develop new people skills in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Background in hospitality, bar work, waiting, or similar fast-paced customer-facing role.
• Naturally warm, composed under pressure, great with people.
• High energy and comfortable in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
• Ambitious and open to developing new skills beyond hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Morning briefing on the event's day, location, and goals.
• Set up and represent the brand at the event site.
• Engage attendees or the public — build rapport and share the brand message.
• Handle questions or concerns with composure of a busy service shift.
• Team debrief at the end of the day to review performance and learnings.
