Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a Branch Warehouser for Store #721156 in Omaha, NE. Duties include preparing orders for delivery or pickup, receiving stock, performing inventory controls, and assisting on the sales floor as needed.

You will operate floorcovering cutting equipment, load/unload deliveries, and maintain safety and organization in the stockroom. A valid driver's license and 1+ year of material handling experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Must be willing to work evenings and weekends.
• At least 1 year of work experience using material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.).
• Internal Sherwin-Williams employees must have a meets expectations rating (3) on last performance appraisal.
• Internal Sherwin-Williams employees must have completed HR Cloud eLearning courses for their current position.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup.
• Receive and process warehouse stock products.
• Perform inventory controls and maintain high quality standards.
• Load and unload products from deliveries.
• Rotate stock and move items between stockroom and sales floor.
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace and optimize space usage.
• Communicate with supervisors and coworkers.
• Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment.
• Support sales at the Sherwin-Williams floorcovering branch for wholesale customers.
