Job summary

Carrier Enterprise, a leading national distributor of residential and light commercial HVAC products, is seeking a Branch Sales Warehouse Associate to engage business customers and promote HVAC replacement components and aftermarket products to our Dealer Network and HVAC Contractors.

The role is full-time and includes forklift responsibilities, strong customer service, and collaboration with internal teams while upholding safety standards and quality service.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2-3 years of warehouse operational experience.
• Experience in HVAC or similar industry supporting parts and material is preferred, but not required.
• Good written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Proven commitment to customer service and a safe work environment.
• Must be team-oriented and willing to work with a diverse group of co-workers.
• Pre-employment Background and Drug Screen required for all hires.

Sales Associate Responsibilities:

• Responsible for engaging with business customers and clients and promoting sales of HVAC replacement components and aftermarket products to our Dealer Network and HVAC Contractors.
• Provide superior customer service to our customers.

• Requires forklift driving and handling to load and unload product.
• Provides excellent customer service to external customers (mechanical contractors, dealers, owners)
