Job Description

It's an exciting time to join the team at Applied as we enter into the next phase of being a multi-brand distributor.

Our newly appointed Branch Manager is looking for an experienced Supervisor who can oversee the internal branch operations whilst allowing them the opportunity to focus on sales growth.

To be successful in the role you'll be hands-on and not afraid to roll your sleeves up and lead by example.

Here's a bit about the role:

  • Create and maintain strong working relationships
  • Execute strategic business plans to deliver results
  • Follow up on quotes and enquiries to generate sales
  • Ensure branch staff are customer-focused by maintaining a high profile with end-users through company call rates, targets and plans
  • Continual development of the team and internal procedures
Desired Skills and Experience

This position requires a confident person with strong leadership qualities that has the ability to motivate and develop people.

Here's a bit about you:

  • You're highly organised and enthusiastic
  • You have proven leadership, customer service and sales experience in our industry or similar
  • You enjoy motivating and leading a results-oriented internal sales team
  • You have strong relationship building skills with internal and external stakeholders
  • You have good Mechanical aptitude
  • You come from a background in distribution or FMCG highly desirable (preferably industrial)
