Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business-related major or two years' sales experience preferred.
• Minimum of three to five years in banking or equivalent education.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day sales and leadership of the branch.
• Develop customer relationships through offering a full scope of bank products/services.
• Meet and exceed branch sales goals and manage staff when Branch Manager is unavailable.
• Coach, mentor, and train staff in sales and relationship development.
• Ensure compliance with Bank Secrecy Act, Patriot Act, and applicable regulations.
