EcoShield Pest Solutions in Tigard, Oregon is seeking a Branch Sales Professional to drive revenue growth through selling pest control solutions and related services. You will identify customer needs, present tailored options, and build lasting relationships to deliver exceptional service.

You will perform inspections, respond to leads, prepare job specifications, and operate a company vehicle in compliance with policy.

Qualifikationen

• 6+ months of related experience or training in sales.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and have 3+ consecutive years of driving history; driving a company vehicle is essential.
• Must be able to walk, stand, bend, kneel, crouch, and crawl to access tight spaces.
• Earn and maintain state-required training and pest control licensing if applicable (provided).
• High school diploma or GED.

Position Summary

The Branch Sales Professional drives revenue growth by selling pest control solutions and related services through a customer-focused approach. This role identifies customer needs, recommends tailored solutions and builds lasting relationships to deliver exceptional service and long-term value.

Responsibilities

• Selladditionalservices and/or general pest control protection to customers through warm leads, cold calls and onsite visits toresidencesand businesses.
• Conduct inspections toidentifyinfestations, or conditions conducive to infestations, of wood destroying organisms and/or insects or other vertebrate pests, to make proposals and presentations to obtain sales contracts.
• Respond to and work assigned sales leads within the branch and/or territory while proactively generating additional pest control and related service opportunities.
• Prepareappropriate jobspecifications and treating instructionsin accordance withexisting laws, regulations, and company policy.
• Regularlyoperateand maintain a company vehicle while keeping the vehicle and other equipment in clean and working order, while adhering to the company Vehicle Policy.

This position offers an hourly base pay of $18.00,plus uncapped commission,with most team members earning between$60,000- $90,000 with additional compensation opportunities.
