Job summary

EcoShield Pest Solutions is seeking a Branch Sales Professional in Livonia, MI. You will sell pest control services, conduct inspections, and present contracts to customers while managing leads and expanding opportunities.

The role requires a valid driver's license, physical ability to access tight spaces, and at least 6 months in sales. We offer comprehensive benefits and a path to licensing where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Sell additional services and/or general pest control protection to customers through warm leads, cold calls and onsite visits to residences and businesses.
• Conduct inspections to identify infestations, or conditions conducive to infestations, of wood destroying organisms and/or insects or other vertebrate pests, to make proposals and presentations to obtain sales contracts.
• Respond to and work assigned sales leads within the branch and/or territory while proactively generating additional pest control and related service opportunities.
• Prepare appropriate job specifications and treating instructions in accordance with existing laws, regulations, and company policy.
• Regularly operate and maintain a company vehicle while keeping the vehicle and other equipment in clean and working order, while adhering to the company Vehicle Policy.

Qualifications and Requirements

6+ months of related experience or training in sales.

Must be 21 years of age or older.

Possess a valid driver’s license and have 3+ consecutive years of driving history as driving a company vehicle is an essential function of the role.

Must be able to walk, stand, bend, kneel, crouch, and crawl to access tight spaces like basements, attics, crawls space and other tight spaces.

Earn and maintain state-required training and pest control licensing if applicable (provided).

High school diploma or GED.

• This position offers an hourly base pay of $18.00, plus uncapped commission, with most team members earning between $60,000 - $90,000 with additional compensation opportunities. Please note that actual earnings beyond base pay will vary, based on sales, and the estimated range is not a guarantee of wages.
