Job summary

Stephen Gould Corporation seeks a Branch Operations Supervisor to lead the Branches Sales Support team, ensuring customer requirements are met while coordinating with suppliers, customers, and the sales force. You will manage orders end-to-end, escalate issues, and support onboarding and process improvements.

The role requires an associate degree with 2+ years of experience, strong MS Office and ERP skills, and readiness for a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Business or related discipline + 2 years of experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline highly preferred
• High Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and virtual communication and collaboration tools – such as Microsoft Teams, Webex and Zoom highly preferred
• ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system knowledge for core supply chain, manufacturing, services, financial and other processes of an organization highly preferred
• This role offers the opportunity to work a hybrid working model.
• Providing operational oversight and understanding orders that need to be investigated or reconciled.
• Must be a strong partner to the Operations Manager who oversees manufacturing and engineering.
• Be able to act as the right hand to the Sales Manager ensuring business is processed correctly and if there are issues that need to be escalated that the sales manager made aware.

Responsibilities

• Point of contact for branch sales support team, assist with questions and elevate issues.
• Develop backup plan for branch, provide backup support as needed
• Oversee orders from inception to payment, in alignment with Stephen Gould policy and procedures
• Escalate any personnel concerns/issues to Regional Office Manager
• Assist with onboarding of any office staff
• Support implementation of any new corporate or divisional processes or initiatives
• Epicor training lead/liaison for branch
• Manage all office bills
• Allocate warehouse/facility billings
• Report hours for hourly employees to payroll
• Assist with standard and ad hoc reporting for management
• Hold regular meetings with the Account Coordinator team to ensure productive performance.
• Will be responsible for team building budgets.
• Support Sales Agents' business; performs all standard AC responsibilities

POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Branch Operations Supervisor is responsible for being the point of contact for the Branches Sales Support team who are the single point of contact for a sales agent or agents processing client products and business portfolios. The Branch Operations Supervisor is responsible for being an escalation point to the team in terms of ensuring that all customer requirements are met, while liaising with suppliers, customers, employees, and the sales force to best meet client needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Basic Qualifications:

• Associate degree in Business or related discipline + 2 years of experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline highly preferred

• Bilingual English/Spanish highly preferred

Additional Qualifications

• Experience working within an AS9100-certified manufacturing environment is a plus

• Some accounting/bookkeeping experience is preferred
