Overview
The Branch Operations Manager is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the Branch, including managing assets.
Responsibilities
- Interview, hire, and train new team members; conduct performance appraisals, team member counseling, disciplinary actions, address complaints, and resolve problems when possible.
- Communicate regularly with the Regional Operations Manager and Human Resources as needed.
- Instill and maintain a customer service-oriented philosophy in all conduct among team members.
- Prepare and submit annual operational budgets for approval and develop plans for efficient resource use.
- Participate in planning personnel safety, ensure safety procedures are followed, and make safety-related recommendations.
- Coordinate with customers and the Branch management team to evaluate, promote, and provide improved and expanded services.
- Use a vehicle to deliver orders or pick up returned merchandise safely and courteously.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- At least 4 years of leadership experience in a warehouse-related field.
- At least 1 year of cash handling experience.
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office applications.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Eligible to work in the United States.
- Availability to open and close the warehouse Monday through Friday, and Saturdays as needed.
- Meet all state-specific driver’s license requirements.

Education
High school diploma or GED; Associate’s degree preferred.
Certificates and Licenses
- Willing to obtain powered equipment certification.
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable MVR, meeting all state-specific requirements.
Physical Demands
Regularly required to stand, walk, use hands, reach, talk, and listen. Frequently required to stoop, kneel, crouch, and occasionally sit, climb, or balance. Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally. Specific vision abilities include close, distance, and focus adjustment.
Work Environment
Exposure to moving mechanical parts, high places, fumes, airborne particles, and chemicals. Noise level is generally high. Reasonable accommodations available for disabilities.
Pay Range
USD $65,000.00 - USD $75,000.00 per year.
