Overview
The Branch Operations Manager is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the Branch, including the management of assets.
Responsibilities
- Interviewing, hiring, and training new team members; conducting performance appraisals, team member counseling, disciplinary actions, addressing complaints, and resolving problems when possible.
- Communicating regularly with the Regional Operations Manager and Human Resources when needed.
- Instilling and maintaining a customer service-oriented philosophy in all conduct to self and other team members.
- Preparing and submitting annual operational budgets for approval and developing plans for the efficient use of resources.
- Participating in planning personnel safety, ensuring safety procedures are followed, and making safety recommendations.
- Coordinating with customers and the Branch management team to evaluate, promote, and provide improved and expanded services.
- Using a vehicle to deliver orders or pick up returned merchandise safely and courteously.
- Other duties may be assigned.

Qualifications
- At least 4 years of leadership experience in a warehouse-related field.
- At least 1 year of cash handling experience.
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office applications.
- High school diploma or GED; associates degree preferred.
- Eligible to work in the United States.
- Availability to open and close the warehouse Monday through Saturday as needed.
- Valid driver’s license meeting state-specific requirements.

Physical Demands
Regular standing, walking, using hands, reaching, talking, listening; frequent stooping, kneeling, crouching; occasional sitting, climbing, balancing. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally. Vision requirements include close, distance, and focus adjustment.
Work Environment
Exposure to moving mechanical parts, high places, fumes, airborne particles, chemicals; high noise levels. Reasonable accommodations available.
Pay Range
USD $65,000 - $75,000 per year.
