Responsibilities

• Supervise branch staff and ensure efficient and accurate banking services.
• Balance debits/credits, and manage daily operational activities in accordance with policy.
• Support customer service standards and develop customer relationships.
• Coordinate branch work with other positions and departments.
• Conduct monthly audits and assist with audits and other operational duties.
• Prepare various reports accurately.
• Manage cash levels, vault, cash shipments, and transfers.
• Balance night depository and ATM activity.
• Review branch reports for accuracy in a timely manner.
