Edward Jones in Tampa is seeking a Branch Office Administrator to provide seamless support to clients, assist with account activity, and maintain accurate records as part of a large, nationwide team.

This role includes a six-month training program, a broad support network spanning from the branch to home office, and the chance to grow within a respected financial services firm focused on serving clients and communities.

Qualificações

• Provide exceptional client service via inbound/outbound calls, email and in-person interactions.
• Aptitude to learn financial services industry including account opening and transfers.
• Support marketing initiatives, scheduling, preparing materials and maintaining accurate client records.

Responsabilidades

• Provide exceptional client service via inbound and outbound calls, email, and in-person interactions.
• Process account openings, transfers and other requests under the direction of a financial advisor.
• Prepare meeting materials, manage correspondence and support branch business planning.
• Learn and use tools such as MoneyGuide, Salesforce and Microsoft Office.
