• Provide exceptional service to clients via inbound/outbound calls, email, and in-person interactions.
• Assist in account openings, transfers, and documentation as directed by the advisor.
• Schedule appointments, prepare materials for meetings, and support branch planning.
• Learn MoneyGuide, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office to improve workflow.
