United Rentals, the world's largest equipment rental provider, is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a dynamic location in the United States. You will hire and motivate a diverse team, oversee sales, service, maintenance and drivers, and ensure exceptional customer service while driving profitability.

Responsibilities include managing branch operations, preparing reports and budgets, handling personnel matters, and enforcing safety, OSHA and DOT compliance.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree Preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of successful business management experience with profit and loss responsibility at a branch or other profit center.
• Understanding of business accounting principles and budget preparation.
• Strong sales and customer service experience required, outside sales experience preferred.
• Effective leadership, motivational, organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills and experience using Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge and experience in the equipment rental industry preferred.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
