Job summary

Carson is seeking a Branch Manager to lead local drivers, warehouse staff and office administration, with dotted line responsibility to sales. The role drives annual projections through P&L controls, cost management and revenue generation while maintaining safety, customer satisfaction and employee retention.

Based in Oregon, the position involves community outreach, field leadership, and coordinating with corporate on financial statements and compliance.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ hands-on P & L experience.
• Associates degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of supervisory/management of people.

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch operations including drivers, warehouse and office administration.
• Manage pricing, dispatch, inventory and vendor relations.
• Review financial statements and profitability by customer and product.
• Ensure compliance with DOT, tax, safety, and HR policies.
• Coordinate staffing, forecasting and capital expenditure budgeting.
