Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals, Inc. seeks a Branch Manager to lead a high-performing rental operation in the United States. You will own the performance of a multi-million dollar revenue business and leverage your leadership to build a strong, success-driven team.

You will oversee Sales, Customer Service, Fleet Maintenance and Logistics, drive financial results, and report on unit performance. A Business Management degree or related Rental Industry experience is required.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Understanding of P&L and other key financial controls.
• Experience in outside sales or negotiation and influencing.
• Experience in construction or industrial markets helpful.
• High level of accountability, time management and willingness to learn all aspects of the business.
