Qualifications

• Retail sales management experience required or strongly preferred.
• High school diploma or GED; college preferred.
• Love for sales, creating happiness with customers, and building relationships.
• Experience in furniture/interior design is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.
