Responsibilities

• Manage the Westheimer/Houston branch effectively and efficiently; high visibility role with significant impact.
• Coach and lead branch staff to meet KPIs like member satisfaction, efficiency, staffing retention and utilization.
• Drive operational improvement and productivity while closing performance gaps and meeting goals.
• Act as a change champion within the branch, introducing new ideas to improve member experience and team engagement.
• Establish and maintain professional relations with internal and external stakeholders.
• Analyze, prepare, and report data to measure branch performance.

Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Branch Manager II who is an experienced leader with a track record of building engaged, focused teams and developing high performers. The right candidate will have a sense of urgency, the ability to improve operational efficiency through thoughtful process improvement, and a strong commitment to delivering best in class service.

What You Will Do:

• The core responsibility is the effective and efficient management of our Westheimer/Houston branch. This is a highly visible position where success will have a significant impact on the organization.
• Must develop, coach, and lead the branch team to meet key performance indicators including member satisfaction, efficiency and staffing retention and utilization.
• Expected to continuously seek out opportunities to drive operational improvement and productivity, and close performance gaps while meeting established goals.
• Acts as a champion for change within the branch, offering new ideas and continuously developing knowledge and processes to improve the member experience and team member engagement.
• Will establish and maintain effective and professional business relations with internal and external stakeholders.
• Responsible for analyzing and preparing data to measure and report performance.

• Five years of progressive experience in a branch with a proven leadership record of accomplishment
• Understanding of related legal and regulatory requirements
• Proven leadership, management, and motivational skills; ability to inspire others to achieve excellence
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to prioritize effectively, working in a fast-paced environment
• Strong oral and written communication skills, including ease in presenting information to a group
• Bi-Lingual (Spanish speaking) preferred
• PC Skills: Word, Excel, Microsoft office

Pay Grade Info:

To provide greater transparency to candidates, we share base pay ranges for all our job postings regardless of State. We set standard pay ranges for all roles based on function and level of expertise, benchmarked against similar stage growth companies. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including, skills, depth of work experience and relevant licenses/credentials, and may vary from the amounts listed below.

The base pay range for this position is: $73k - $90k annually
