Job summary

Emser Tile in Florida is seeking a Branch Manager to oversee sales and operations, drive growth, and ensure programs and standards are followed at the branch level.

You will lead both outside and inside sales teams, partner with the Branch Operations Manager on distribution and customer service, and translate strategic plans into actionable actions that improve profitability and customer satisfaction.

Job SummaryThe Branch Manager is responsible for ensuring the sales and operations of the branch run smoothly and in accordance to company programs and standards.
