Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressive banking, sales, or customer service experience and 1 year leadership experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of progressive banking, sales, or customer service experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills, sales acumen, and comfort with technology-driven banking solutions.

Responsibilities

• Operate the branch as a business owner – driving performance, managing resources, and making decisions that support long‑term growth and profitability.
• Lead with accountability, driving and achieving sales goals and expectations for your team and consistently measuring results.
• Lead branch operations with a strategic focus on deposit growth and wealth management referrals.
• Manage all aspects of branch operations, including compliance, security, cash handling, and expense control.
• Deliver the Woodforest Experience by ensuring every customer interaction is warm, personalized, and solution oriented.
• Coach your team to identify needs and recommend banking and investment solutions that add value.
• Drive client acquisition, strengthen relationships, promote lending solutions, and refer clients to wealth management services.
• Build meaningful relationships within the local community, collaborate with Retail Partners to drive traffic, and lead outreach with Community Development Relationship Managers.
