Qualifications

• Proficiency in technology and business systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop, monitor, modify and assure compliance with the annual business plan to ensure profitability of the unit.
• Direct and organize all reservations and pick-ups; develop vendor relationships (Lyft, Uber, Pep Boys).
• Develop and implement location strategies to maximize profitability and revenue per unit.
• Handle or assist in the resolution of customer service issues.
• Ensure a high level of customer service at or above area goals.
• Coach staff and empower problem resolution and customer relations.
• Attend/host outside sales meetings or events to promote the company and branch location.
• Increase market penetration and branch revenue.
• Communicate and monitor objectives; align with corporate goals and brand awareness.
• Mentor and train branch staff; conduct performance reviews.
• Hold weekly staff meetings; keep employees motivated and informed.
• Conduct Monthly Business Reviews to ensure KPI knowledge.
• Maintain positive employee relations and enforce corporate policies.
