Job summary

ServiceMaster Recovery Management is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a new restoration and reconstruction office in the Bowling Green, KY area. You will own branch operations, financial performance, and insurance carrier–driven work across residential and commercial losses.

Responsibilities include leading daily operations, managing P&L, ensuring accurate estimating and cycle times, and building strong relationships with adjusters and carriers while recruiting and guiding branch staff.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading restoration or construction teams.
• Strong knowledge of insurance carrier workflows and claims.

ServiceMaster Recovery Management is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead a yet to be opened restoration and reconstruction office in the area of Bowling Green, KY. This role has full responsibility for branch operations, financial performance, and insurance carrier–driven work across residential and commercial losses.

• Lead daily restoration and reconstruction operations




• Manage branch P&L, job costing, and budgets




• Ensure insurance carrier compliance, estimating accuracy, and cycle times




• Build relationships with adjusters, carriers, and referral partners




• Recruit, train, and lead branch staff




• Ensure safety, quality, and ServiceMaster brand standards

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of restoration or construction leadership experience




• Strong insurance carrier and claims workflow knowledge




• Xactimate and job costing experience preferred




• IICRC certifications a plus
