Job summary

United Rentals is seeking a Climate Solutions Branch Manager in the Power/HVAC Division to lead a dynamic team and build a profitable location. You’ll oversee sales, service, maintenance and drivers while ensuring safety and outstanding customer service across operations.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree (preferred), 5+ years of branch management with P&L responsibility, strong budgeting, sales and leadership skills, plus a valid driver’s license. Equal opportunity employer.

• Understanding of accounting principles and budget preparation.
• Strong sales and customer service experience; outside sales preferred.
• Knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, diesel, pneumatic systems.
• Effective leadership, motivation, organizational and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.

What you'll do:

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of successful business management experience with profit and loss responsibility at a branch or other individual profit center
• An understanding of business accounting principles and budget preparation
• Strong sales and customer service experience required, outside sales experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, diesel, pneumatic and other systems
• Effective leadership, motivational, organizational and communication skills
• Proficient computer skills and experience using Microsoft Office
• Knowledge and experience in the equipment rental industry preferred
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
• This position is deemed Safety Sensitive for purposes of United Rentals' policies and procedures.
