This role generates new business through customer outreach, referrals, and community engagement, evaluates and approves lending decisions, oversees collections efforts, and ensures compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. The Branch Manager also recruits, develops, and leads a high-performing team while maintaining efficient branch operations and strong customer relationships.### **Compensation****$36,000 to $42,500**, based on experience and location, plus performance-based bonus opportunities.
