Job summary

Sun Loan Company is hiring a Branch Manager to lead a hard-working, productive team and maximize financial goals while elevating customer relations and satisfaction. The role includes managing daily operations, staff training, loan processing, collections, and ensuring compliance.

This position emphasizes community networking, growth planning, and collaboration with team members to achieve branch objectives, with weekend shifts as required.

Qualifications

• Loan industry management experience preferred, or 2-3 years prior management experience from other customer-service related industries.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a reliable vehicle and valid proof of insurance.
• Must be able to work Monday–Thursday 8:30 am–5:30 pm; Fridays 8:30 am–6:00 pm and occasional Saturdays 8:30 am–12:30 pm; Sundays off.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily office operations and procedures.
• Monitor and assist in the training and development of Loan Specialists (LS).
• Evaluate financial statements and drive profitability.
• Approve, reject or coordinate all loan applications.
• Assist LS with loan processing and collections calls.
• Provide excellent customer service to our customers in person and over the phone.
• Maintain compliance with policies and procedures.
• Tax preparation (may vary by location).
• Plan and develop branch growth by networking with the local community and other businesses.
• Work closely with team members to obtain branch goals successfully.
