AC Pro is seeking a Branch Manager to oversee all location functions in Southern California. You will direct staff, manage budgets, and drive profit and growth for the location.

You will recruit, train, coach, and develop associates, ensuring top customer service and on-time delivery. This exempt, full-time role offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overall location and all functions at the location.
• Directs and leads all aspects to achieve budgeted profit results and other financial criteria, and to achieve planned goals and objectives.
• Guides, directs, and supports the organization in the production, promotion and sale of products as the business requires.
• Develops a high level of expertise and talent among co-workers. Must be able to teach and generate results while enhancing the AC Pro work environment.
• Responsible for: developing people; improving processes; reducing costs; new product development and implementation; superior customer service; and on-time delivery.
• Respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, vendors or salespeople.
• Reviews activity reports and financial statements to determine progress and status in attaining objectives and revises objectives and plans in accordance with current conditions.
• Responsible for following procedures and processing inquiries from home office and respond in a timely fashion.
• Incorporates AC Pro’s vision and values into day-to-day activities and behaviors; guides and motivates others to remain committed to company standards and policies.
• Responsible for interviewing, hiring, training, coaching, disciplining, and offboarding associates.
• Observes and recommends changes that could provide a better experience for customers.
• Keeps abreast of new information and industry standards.
• Ensures standards set forth by the company are maintained at all times.
• Special projects as assigned by management.

Desired Skills & Experience:

• High School Diploma or Completed GED
• 2 years of experience in the HVAC industry.
• Computer literacy with ability to learn new computer software programs.
• Have strong organizational skills.
• Ability to set goals and measurable tasks to achieve those goals.
• Employee development and team building.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret financial reports and legal documents.
• Able to work independently with a strong sense of urgency and self-motivation.

• Willing and able to drive to offsite locations using personal vehicle.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand on two feet, walk, twist, bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and crouch for extended periods (up to 8 hours or more a day).
• Regularly required to sit for extended periods, with occasional standing and walking throughout the
  workday.
• Frequently required to use hands and fingers to handle and operate office equipment such as a
  computer keyboard, telephone, copier, and other standard office tools.
• Ability to reach with arms and hands; occasionally bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, or balance to access
  files, drawers, or office equipment.
• Must be able to consistently lift up to 50 lbs. Anything over 50 lbs. requires assistance.
• Ability to perform repetitive motions, including typing and mouse use, for extended periods.
• Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision,
  depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
• Must be able to effectively communicate and perceive verbal instructions, warning signals,
  equipment alarms, and other workplace notifications necessary to safely perform the essential
  functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Must be able to read, write, and demonstrate comprehension of written and verbal instructions,
  policies, procedures, and correspondence.
• Ability to work in a standard office environment with moderate noise levels.
• Must be able to work in various warehouse conditions, including cold, heat, wind, dust, wet environments, and noisy surroundings
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug and physical screen.

Position Classification: Exempt/Full Time

Compensation Pay Scale: 85K - 90K DOE (

AC Pro offers a competitive compensation package that includes the opportunity to earn a performance-based bonus based on branch sales growth and overall store performance, rewarding leaders who drive results and contribute to the success of their team and location.)
