Job summary

Firetrol Protection Systems seeks an experienced Branch Manager to lead our fire protection sales, service and installation teams in the Tyler, Texas area. The role oversees daily branch operations, project teams, and ensures exceptional service to clients.

Ideal candidate has 10+ years in fire protection or related fields with leadership responsibilities, strong knowledge of sprinkler, alarm, suppression, access control and related systems, plus proven ability to manage budgets and teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in fire protection, construction, or related industry with leadership responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of fire sprinkler, fire alarm, suppression systems, access control, IP camera systems, intercom & nurse call systems.
• Proven experience managing projects, teams, and budgets.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to ensure compliance with NFPA standards and local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage branch operations, including installation projects and service delivery.
• Supervise and develop branch staff including department managers, sales staff, administrative personnel, design team members and technicians.
