Job summary

Directions Credit Union is seeking a Branch Manager in Ohio, Toledo, to lead branch operations, coach staff, and drive service excellence. You will foster a high‑energy, member‑facing culture and ensure compliance and cash controls.

As a community ambassador, you’ll partner with local organizations and education initiatives while growing trust and visibility for the credit union in the Toledo area.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a financial institution.
• Preferred 1–2 years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Education: Associate of Applied Business or better in Banking & Finance or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach branch staff to deliver excellent service and meet sales goals.
• Oversee daily branch operations, ensure accuracy, compliance, and strong cash controls.
• Build meaningful member relationships and provide a seamless, solutions‑oriented experience.
