Responsibilities

  • Ensure branch operations align with company goals and maintain profitability.
  • Oversee inventory management and asset maintenance, including vehicles, forklifts, wire machines, and facility upkeep.
  • Collaborate with sales and warehouse teams to coordinate special deliveries and order fulfillment.
  • Support other branch managers or credit managers as needed.
  • Recruit, hire, and onboard new employees; provide coaching and evaluations.
  • Assist employees with daily tasks and problem solving when necessary.
  • Assist sales teams with bids, order management and client interactions.
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone and in-person visits, ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Analyze electrical plans, power schedules, and fixture schedules as needed.
  • Monitor income statements and financial reports; ensure compliance with policies.

Job Summary:

This role focuses on delivering high-quality, detail-oriented work while ensuring operational efficiency and adherence to established standards, guidelines, and procedures. The Branch Manager is responsible for maintaining a stable and structured work environment where processes are followed consistently, and employees are effectively managed and coached.

Key Responsibilities:
Operations & Profitability

  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the department manager or leadership team.
