Responsibilities

• Ensure branch operations align with company goals and maintain profitability.
• Oversee inventory management and asset maintenance, including vehicles, forklifts, wire machines, and facility upkeep.
• Collaborate with sales and warehouse teams to coordinate special deliveries and order fulfillment.
• Support other branch managers or credit managers as needed.
• Recruit, hire, and onboard new employees; provide coaching and evaluations.
• Assist employees with daily tasks and problem solving when necessary.
• Assist sales teams with bids, order management and client interactions.
• Handle customer inquiries via phone and in-person visits, ensuring excellent customer service.
• Analyze electrical plans, power schedules, and fixture schedules as needed.
• Monitor income statements and financial reports; ensure compliance with policies.

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Operations & Profitability

• Assist employees with daily tasks and problem‑solving when necessary.
• Assist sales teams with bids, order management, and client interactions.
• Handle customer inquiries via phone and in‑person visits, ensuring excellent customer service.
• Analyze electrical plans, power schedules, and fixture schedules as needed.

Administrative & Compliance Duties

• Monitor income statements and financial reports to maintain operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the department manager or leadership team.
