As a Branch Manager within PNC's retail branch organization, you will be based in Muskego, WI.

Job Description

• Lead all aspects of branch performance. Drive revenue and customer loyalty through consultative interactions, creating a differentiated customer experience and making banking easy in an omni‑channel environment.
• Utilize a branded sales process to achieve sales targets and customer loyalty. Grow branch revenue through acquisition, share‑of‑wallet growth, and collaboration with ecosystem partners. Drive business banking results primarily through business development and community involvement activities.
• Manage and coach delivery of a differentiated client experience. Enable the team to confidently engage customers in technology‑enabled interactions, providing solutions and advice‑oriented consultation that improves client financial well‑being.
• Drive the employee experience. Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, coaching, and development. Ensure employees achieve performance and activity expectations through effective ongoing performance management.
• Manage operational, human capital, reputational, and business risk. Exercise leadership, authority, and sound decision making to mitigate sales practice risk. Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and adherence to established policies and procedures.
