PNC in Muskego, WI is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead all aspects of branch performance, drive revenue and deliver a differentiated customer experience in an omni-channel environment.
The role emphasizes talent development, risk management and regulatory compliance, with responsibilities for hiring, coaching, and performance management, while collaborating with ecosystem partners to grow business banking.

As a Branch Manager within PNC's retail branch organization, you will be based in Muskego, WI.

Typically requires 3+ years of related experience. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job‑specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.

Candidates will be subject to additional background checks as required by Consumer Financial Protection Bureau regulations. This position requires the ability to serve as a Notary Public in the applicable state.
