Job summary

IBC Bank in Harlingen, TX is seeking a Branch Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales, and deliver the IBC Experience with a we do more attitude. You will oversee teller and customer service performance, organize training, and ensure compliance while growing the branch portfolio.

The ideal candidate is customer-focused with strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills, able to work in-office, manage time, and collaborate with the community.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required. Some college preferred.
• Experience in customer service and branch operations is desirable.
• Ability to lead a team, manage time, and meet sales/branch goals.
