United Rentals is seeking a Branch Manager for our Fluid Solutions Division in the United States. You will recruit and mentor a high-performing team across sales, service, maintenance, and drivers, while ensuring exceptional customer service and branch profitability.

You will lead safety programs, manage operations, and develop budgets, reports, and strategic initiatives. We offer comprehensive benefits and a supportive culture to help you grow with the company.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a branch or large team.
• Proven ability to drive safety, productivity, and profitability.
• Strong financial acumen with P&L understanding.

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch operations, safety, productivity, and profitability.
• Oversee sales efforts and business initiatives.
• Prepare reports including P&L, operating reviews, budgets, and other status updates.
• Manage personnel matters.
• Oversee safety audits, trainings, OSHA compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Other duties as needed.

What you'll do:

• Manage overall branch operations to ensure safety, productivity, customer service and profitability
• Oversee sales efforts and business initiatives
• Prepare reports, including profit and loss statements, monthly operating reviews, yearly budgets and other reports detailing operational status
• Manage personnel matters
• Oversee all safety matters, including audits, safety training, OSHA compliance, DOT regulations and drug and alcohol testing
• Other duties assigned as needed

This position is deemed Safety Sensitive for purposes of United Rentals' policies and procedures.
