Job summary

QXO is seeking a Branch Manager to lead and oversee the Blaine, MN branch. You will supervise staff, manage inventory and deliveries, and drive safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting and P&L experience, with a focus on continuous improvement. The ideal candidate has a college degree or equivalent experience, with proven supervisory experience in construction or distribution, and familiarity with OSHA and DOT regulations.

Qualifications

• Prior roles in a supervisory or management position.
• Knowledgeable in the construction or distribution industry.
