Qualifications

• 1+ year of management experience or completion of a management training program.
• Proven record of sales, portfolio growth, or profitability achievement.
• Experience making lending, collection, or customer account decisions.
• Experience managing delinquency, collections, or portfolio performance.
• Experience leading branch/store operations.
• Ability to generate business via community involvement, networking, referrals, and outreach.

The Branch Manager is responsible for driving branch growth, portfolio performance, and profitability through loan production, tax preparation growth, customer retention, and delinquency management in a performance-driven environment. This role generates new business through customer outreach, referrals, and community engagement, evaluates and approves lending decisions, oversees collections efforts, and ensures compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.The Branch Manager also recruits, develops, and leads a high-performing team while maintaining efficient branch operations and strong customer relationships.Compensation$39,500 to $50,000, based on experience and location, plus performance-based bonus opportunities. This is a results-driven role where earnings are directly tied to branch performance.
