• Plans, delivers, and monitors programs for all ages, including early literacy.
• Assists customers with library accounts, circulation, holds, and interlibrary loan requests.
• Supports use of library technologies and public access resources (OPAC, printers, self-checkout).
• Assists with promotional materials and digital marketing in coordination with Library Technology Manager.
