Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and minimum of 1 year or more in a goal driven retail sales leadership role or a Bachelor's Degree.
• Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree and previous management experience.
• Ability to understand, drive, and lead branch sales, service, operations and financial performance within the branch and digital channels.

Responsibilities

• Managing portfolio of high value consumer and business customers and referring to bank partners to meet needs.
• Leading team to provide excellent customer service and resolve issues.
• Leveraging tools and technology to identify and present sales and service opportunities.
• Maintaining knowledge of all products, services, and policies.
