Job summary

Spotless Co. is expanding its Daisy Maids residential cleaning division into Stevens Point.

We are seeking an experienced cleaning professional with leadership experience to help launch and grow this new branch, oversee daily operations, and maintain high service standards. In this hands-on Branch Coordinator role you will train staff, schedule visits, estimate cleaning jobs, communicate with customers, and personally clean homes to model quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A reliable source of transportation.
• Physically able to reach, stretch, bend, and walk for extended periods of time.
• Ability to work well alone.

Responsibilities

• Help launch and grow the Daisy Maids residential cleaning branch in Stevens Point.
• Clean residential homes according to company standards.
• Complete cleaning estimates and follow up with prospective customers.
• Schedule customers and cleaning team members.
• Communicate with customers regarding appointments, services, and concerns.
• Help recruit, train, supervise, and support cleaning employees.
• Inspect completed work and address quality concerns.
• Manage call-ins, scheduling changes, and daily operational issues.
