Job summary

Huntington Bank in Highland, IL is seeking a Branch Manager to lead daily operations, sales, and service, while coaching a team to meet production goals and deepen customer relationships. You will drive local business development and foster strong internal partnerships to support growth.

As a leader, you will oversee staffing, risk management, and policy adherence, while helping customers achieve financial goals and representing Huntington in the community.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and 1+ year in a goal-driven retail sales leadership role or a Bachelor's Degree.
• Ability to refer customers to other bank areas to meet needs and deepen relationships.
• Background check with fingerprints required per NMLS regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage portfolio of high value consumer and business customers.
• Lead team to provide excellent service and resolve customer issues.
• Refer customers to bank areas to meet needs and deepen relationships.
• Oversee recruitment and ensure staffing aligns with Huntington’s culture.
• Oversee branch operations, security, risk and regulatory policies.
