Job summary

World Finance is seeking a Branch Manager in Vidalia, GA to drive growth, profitability, and customer retention. You will lead a high-performing team, manage lending decisions, and oversee collections and compliance while building community relationships.

The role offers a base compensation of $39,500 to $45,000 with performance-based bonus opportunities in a results-driven environment. Strong leadership and commitment to service are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current insurance.
• Ability to obtain required insurance licensing.
• Must be able to independently perform all required bank runs, including transporting deposits.
• At least one year of management experience or successful completion of management training program.

Responsibilities

• Meet branch goals for loan growth, tax production, profitability, portfolio performance, and delinquency.
• Grow the branch through customer outreach, referrals, community engagement, networking, and promotion of branch products and services.
• Review, approve, and close loans within company guidelines.
• Manage delinquency and collection efforts to maintain portfolio performance and minimize losses.
• Lead, train, coach, and develop branch employees while holding them accountable for performance expectations.
• Oversee branch operations and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
• Handle escalated customer concerns and make sound business decisions that support branch success.
