Champion Window in Denver is seeking a General Manager to provide overall leadership and business management for the assigned market and branch location. You will drive branch performance across sales, operations, customer experience, profitability, and employee engagement while aligning with company goals and standards.

The GM will lead branch-level Sales and Operations leadership and ensure day-to-day performance, balancing strategic priorities with execution in a high-performance environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-8 years of progressive leadership experience in sales, operations, branch management, or general management leadership roles.
• Strong background in leading sales, service, operations, retail, home improvement, construction, or related industries.

Responsibilities

• Lead branch performance against sales, operations, financial, and customer experience goals.
• Direct and develop branch leadership teams across sales and operations functions.
• Drive execution of company strategies, standards, and performance expectations.
• Coach and develop branch-level leaders and staff to build capability and succession.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, labor, expenses, and profitability for the branch.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer outcomes and service delivery.
