Job summary

BrightSpring Health Services Corporation is seeking a Branch Director for Home Health in Whitwell, TN. The role leads a team of clinicians, oversees branch operations, and drives quality outcomes in a full-time, weekday schedule.

Home health experience is required and strong leadership is expected. Office location is Whitwell with coverage in the local area; provide supervision to Clinical Managers and administrative staff while ensuring compliance and excellent patient care.

Qualifications

• RN license (ASN or BSN) required.
• 2+ years in health services administration; supervisory/admin exp in Home Health preferred.
• Five years in leadership or business development preferred.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid state license in practicing state.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and supervision to the Clinical Manager(s) to promote effective performance and delivery of quality home care services.
• Maintain office operations efficiently and meet local regulations in compliance with company policies.
• Ensure deficiencies identified during surveys or audits are addressed and corrected.
• Supervise all administrative staff and oversee clinical staff through the Clinical Manager(s).
• Direct overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the Branch.

Responsibilities

As a Home Health RN Branch Director, You will:

• P rovide support and supervision to the Clinical Manager(s) to promote effective performance and delivery of quality home care services


• Maintain office operations in an efficient, productive, effective, and organized manner, providing a safe working environment for employees . Meet local ordinances and fire and safety regulations in compliance with the company policies


• Ensure deficiencies identified during internal or external surveys, or audits are addressed and corrected


• Provide direct supervision to all administrative staff at the Branch and oversee clinical staff through collaboration with the Clinical Manager(s)


• Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the Branch

Qualifications

• RN license (either ASN or BSN)


• Minimum of one to two years of experience in health services administration, with at least one year of supervisory or administrative experience in Home Health Care or a related Health Care program, per state specific and federal requirements


• Five years of experience in leadership or business development, preferred


• Valid license from the state practicing in


• Current CPR certification
