Job summary

Elara Caring is seeking an Administrator to join our elite home health team. You will lead operational activities, manage staff, and ensure compliance with Medicare/Medicaid home health rules while delivering high-quality patient care on every visit.

Qualifications

• Must be a Licensed Physician, Registered Nurse, Licensed Social Worker, or Licensed Therapist.
• Minimum of 2 years in management, with at least 1 year in home health care.
• Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid home health care benefits, rules, and regulations.
• Positive attitude and dedication to quality patient care.
• Strong communication skills.
• Reliable transportation to perform job duties.
