Job summary

Rexel USA is seeking a Branch Driver to support the Platt team in Lindon, UT. The role delivers products to customers and branch locations using a delivery van or box truck (No CDL required).

You will ensure orders are prepared correctly, damage-free, and properly documented for each delivery. Key responsibilities include inspecting vehicles, following DOT rules, loading/unloading, and maintaining paperwork.

Qualifications

• In lieu of experience, must attend company driver training.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must pass a pre-employment and annual Motor Vehicle Record review.
• Must obtain verification of non-expired medical certificate within 60 days of hire.
• No suspended license for traffic incident/violation in past 3 years.
• No at-fault accidents in past 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Inspect company vehicle for defects and complete daily inspection report.
• Keep vehicle clean, serviced, and maintained; report needed repairs.
• Follow DOT and local/state driving laws.
• Load/unload material; verify order quantity/type and damage-free condition.
• May assist in preparing orders for delivery.
• Complete delivery documentation (receipts, packing list, manifests).
• Pickup returns; inspect condition and verify quantities/catalog numbers.
• Pickup material from suppliers.
• May perform other branch duties (counter sales, stocking, shipping).
• Perform other duties as assigned.
