Citizens is seeking a Custodian Technician to clean and maintain company facilities across our retail branches in a hands-on, service-oriented role. This full-time position includes a company vehicle, gas card, iPhone/iPad, uniform, and provided gear.

Hours are 40 per week, Monday through Friday, with overtime available. The salary range is $22–$24 per hour, and a comprehensive benefits package is offered, including medical/dental/vision and 401(k).

Qualifications

• One or more years of experience preferred.
• Demonstrate customer service skills & service oriented mindset.
• Competent use of iPad & iPhone.
• Ability to plan and prioritize workload and ability to work independently.
• Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. or more.
• Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials
• High School Degree or Equivalent
• Valid Driver’s License, required

Responsabilités

• Clean, stock, and maintain assigned facility areas, including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, restroom cleaning, trash removal, and cleaning ceiling vents
• Respond to service requests and prioritizing work order response & closing out work orders upon completion with minimal call backs
• Communicate in a pleasant and professional manner with internal and external customers
• Wear a company - provided uniform and maintain a professional appearance while on duty
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment
• Vehicle maintenance as required
